WROPEN ("we," "our," or "us") operates a home services marketplace connecting customers with local service providers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our mobile application and related services.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), bcrypt password hashing, and access controls. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We conduct regular security reviews and promptly address vulnerabilities.

WROPEN is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
